Samaritan Care
The Samaritan Care program offers vital support to individuals and families navigating challenging circumstances. Our Community Resource Navigators, many of whom are licensed social workers, are dedicated to connecting clients with essential community resources and walking alongside them as they tackle life's difficulties. From providing clothing vouchers, resource referrals to other organizations, and assistance with government program application to crafting personalized solutions for unique problems, our Care Team is on the front lines, helping clients create positive and lasting change.
Clients can access the support of a Community Resource Navigator in person during program hours or over the phone at 479.340.0109. Whether it's a one-time need or ongoing assistance, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of our neighbors, offering guidance, compassion, and practical help to those who come to Samaritan seeking hope and a path forward.
Walk-In Care Hours
Walk-ins welcome on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in both our Rogers and Springdale Samaritan Community Centers.

The goal of our Community Resource Navigators is to assess needs, eliminate barriers, and empower clients towards stability.
Care program services provided are based on a thorough needs assessment. What we do:
-
Refer individuals to appropriate organizations relevant to their needs
-
Guide individuals through the resource connection process and assess eligibility for programs such as healthcare services, SNAP and HUD housing
-
Provide resources offered through SCC programs such as food and personal care products
-
Provide case management for clients in need of longer-term support
-
Provide Samaritan Shop clothing vouchers for children and adults who meet qualifying criteria
"
“We focus on meeting each client just where they are. So many of our clients do not have a support system. We are here to offer client advocacy through crisis intervention and case management, by assisting in supporting the process of connecting clients to the resources they need.”
