Our Flagship Resale Store ...

With a heart and vision to expand our outreach to Washington County we opened our first resale shop in Springdale's Mathias Plaza in March 2003, and 10 years later the Springdale Samaritan Shop has grown into a thriving member of the Springdale thrift store community.
Within the first year of operation funds generated from the Samaritan Shop provided our organization the ability to open the Springdale Community Center, a few doors down from the shop, and begin serving the community with hot meals and assistance.
More than a place to buy gently used clothing, furniture and household items, the Springdale Samaritan Shop is a place for volunteers to come together, have a good time and raise money to support the mission and work of SCC.
Open to the public, donations are gladly accepted and may be dropped off at the hours listed below. For large donations of working appliances and/or furniture, please call for pick-up. When picking up furniture, we also pick-up household items, clothing and all gently used and quality donations you may have at the time.

Flagship Samaritan Shop Springdale To
Relocate in May
Construction bids, sign bids, new business donor solicitations in Springdale and Fayetteville are signs it's official ... come May 2015 our Springdale Samaritan Shop is moving to a new location!
It doesn't look like much now but by May the former USA Drug building at 2300 Sunset Ave. in Springdale will transform into a new building with a drive-thru donation drop-off for customer convenience.
We have 90-120 days to get the building renovations complete, paint and refurbish, install new floors, put up new exterior and interior signage, and stock the store with all newly donated merchandise and fixtures. Needless to say, MANY volunteers are needed to help accomplish this task!
If you have a church or community group that needs a team activity later this Spring (April and May) we hope you will consider helping us with this project.
For more information on how your group can help, contact our store manager Tosh Pearson, tpearson@samcc.org, phone 479.246.1060.
