Care Advocacy/Case Management Services

The Samaritan Community Center has become a vital resource to people in Northwest Arkansas experiencing economic, emotional and spiritual distress.
Samaritan Care is a free program that offers prayer and encouragement with a social worker, detailed referral information for other resources within the community, and assistance with completion of paperwork for government assistance programs. We also provide adults with vouchers for clothing and/or household items/furniture that are redeemable at our resale shops.
Vouchers are limited to critical emergencies only such as
house fires and leaving domestic abuse situations

Counseling Services
Samaritan Care also offers free individual, marriage, family and group counseling services utilizing college interns who are working toward Master's and PhD degrees in counseling, and who are supervised by SCC's licensed professional counselor. Counseling clients are seen on an outpatient basis only. No emergency services or medications are available through this program.
